Giving Back

Do you want a great team experience and to practice corporate social responsibility?

At Leaders for Leaders, we are motivated by giving back and making a difference. That’s why 10% of our profit is invested into the development of leaders who lack opportunity.

Through our partnership with Compassion Canada, we’re proud to have partnered with amazing leaders around the world!

Charity Referral Program

At Leaders for Leaders, we have always been motivated by giving back and making a difference. And now, when you refer friends or peers to a Leaders for Leaders workshop, we’ll make a donation in your name to a charity working to make this world a better place.
The process is simple.
  1. You share your experience with a friend or colleague
  2. They book a workshop with Leaders for Leaders*
  3. We make a $250 donation in your name to the charity you choose**
*Must be a new client or a new division/department of an existing client.
**Choose from a select list of charities that includes those benefitting children, the environment, animals, health and developing nations.
Simply connect us by email and we’ll do all the heavy lifting.  We’ll even help you write the email!
Please fill in the form below, and we’ll send you a message to refer someone else.

Marlin lives in the Dominican Republic and has been raised in a situation of extreme poverty.  We have been able to financially support Marlin through elementary and high school.  We recently found out that Marlin has been accepted into medical school to pursue her life-long dream of becoming a doctor.  Through our partnership with Compassion Canada, we have the incredible opportunity to support Marlin throughout the 5-year program.

Give Back Day

Many leaders that work for charities go years without any development or encouragement.

That’s why Leaders for Leaders created Give Back Day; a free, online leadership development event specifically for leaders in charities; empowering them to continue to do their important work, making an even greater impact in the world.
